Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates in the US

• All orders are processed between 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
• For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges and estimated delivery time for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping within the US is available for selected products.
• For items shipped from our third-party vendors, shipping will generally be longer and estimated at checkout.

International Shipping

We now offer international shipping on select products. Shipping times depend on your location, customs clearance, and our third-party vendors. We do our best to ensure your order is delivered promptly, but please note that delays can occur due to customs or international transit.

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees incurred upon delivery.

Please carefully review all product details before placing an order, as international purchases are final and non-refundable.

HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. Additionally, you can track your order by downloading the SHOP app, scanning the code shown on your order confirmation with your phone’s camera, or signing up for order updates by email and text.
