Refund policy
We have a money back guarantee return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you and your dog aren’t happy with your purchase, we will take it back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@iloveleia.com. Before we authorize a return, we require photos showing the item is unused, undamaged, and with the original tags attached when applicable. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels for standard returns. Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your tracking information.
Restocking/Processing Fees: For approved returns, a $4 restocking/processing fee will be deducted from your refund (excluding dog clothing and boots, which have separate return terms below).
Return deadline: Once your return is approved, you must ship the item back within 14 days and it must be postmarked within 14 days. Items sent back outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted for a refund. You can always contact us for any return question at info@iloveleia.com.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos are required.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including dog supplements and consumable products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you have an issue with a supplement or consumable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Because these items cannot be resold once opened, refunds under our money-back guarantee are reviewed and approved case-by-case. We may request photos and additional details before making a decision.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds when we see repeated requests or suspected misuse of the policy.
DOG CLOTHING & BOOTS (SPECIAL RETURN TERMS)
Dog clothing and boots are eligible for return only if they meet the eligibility requirements above and are approved in advance.
For approved returns of dog clothing and boots:
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
We understand that sizing issues can happen, especially when you're shopping for someone with four paws. That’s why we offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis, depending on product availability and condition.
If your item doesn’t fit and you’d like to exchange it for a different size:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and with its original packaging.
- You must request the exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us, as well as the shipping cost for the replacement item.
We’ll guide you through the process and confirm any size availability before your return is sent. To start an exchange, contact us at info@iloveleia.com with your order number and sizing concern.
We encourage all customers to check our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing an order to help avoid additional shipping costs and delays.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note: any applicable fees described in this policy will be deducted from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
CANCELLATION & RESTOCKING FEE
If you choose to cancel your order after it has been placed, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This applies to all cancellations.
Shipping delays: Delivery timelines are estimates and delays can happen. If you choose to cancel because you can’t wait for delivery, the 20% cancellation fee still applies.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for international shipments.
- Please carefully review all product details before placing an order, as international purchases are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
