A synergistic blend of natural herbs and phytoestrogens that supports bladder muscle tone and urinary control in senior and spayed dogs

Urinary incontinence can show up in small ways: a damp spot where your dog was sleeping, a few drops of urine when they stand up, or dribbling they don’t seem to notice. It’s especially common in senior dogs and spayed females, who can experience changes in bladder muscle tone that make it harder to hold urine normally.

Bladder Incontinence in Dogs: Why Is My Dog Leaking Urine?

Bladder incontinence in dogs is often a problem of control rather than urinary tract health. The muscles that keep the urethra closed need enough tone to hold urine inside the bladder between bathroom breaks. When that mechanism weakens, urine can escape involuntarily, causing the dribbling, leaking and wet spots commonly associated with incontinence.

This is particularly common in spayed female dogs because estrogen helps maintain the tone and responsiveness of the tissues involved in keeping the urethra closed. After spaying, estrogen levels decrease, and in some dogs that hormonal change can weaken urethral closure enough to cause leaking.

Senior dogs can also become more prone to incontinence as the muscles and mechanisms responsible for bladder control become less efficient with age, making it harder to maintain the same level of urinary control they had when they were younger.

That distinction matters when choosing a urinary supplement. Many formulas are designed primarily to support urinary tract health, bladder comfort or normal urinary pH. Bladder Hold™ takes a different approach. Its combination of phytoestrogens and tonifying herbs is specifically formulated to support bladder muscle tone and normal urinary control, making it especially suited to senior dogs and spayed females experiencing involuntary leaks and dribbling.

WHEN TO USE BLADDER HOLD

  • For seniors and spayed females: Supports the bladder after normal hormonal changes that affect muscle control.
  • For odor reduction: Helps reduce the small, frequent leaks that create stubborn odors in beds, blankets, and carpets.
  • For maintaining normal bladder health
